Terms of Service

Last updated June 6, 2026

Thanks for your interest in Polycast. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We've tried to write them like humans. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in plain language.

Polycast is operated by 521 Dimensions LLC ("we," "us"). By buying or using Polycast, you agree to what's below.

Pre-launch

Polycast isn't for sale yet. Right now this site is a waitlist and a place to learn what we're building. The purchasing terms below describe how it will work at launch.

Your license

When you buy Polycast, you get a license to use it. It's a one-time purchase that includes one year of updates. After that year, the version you have keeps working — you just won't receive new updates unless you choose to renew. The license is for you or your business to use; please don't resell, redistribute, or repackage the app, and don't strip out or work around its licensing.

Your stream is yours

Polycast runs on your machine. We don't claim any rights to what you broadcast, and we don't have access to it. What you stream, and where you stream it, is entirely up to you.

Playing nice with other platforms

When you stream to YouTube, Twitch, or anywhere else, you're responsible for following that platform's own rules. Polycast is a tool; how you use it is on you. Don't use it to break the law or to violate the terms of the services you're streaming to.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work hard to make Polycast solid and to fix problems quickly. That said, software is software — we provide it "as is," without warranties we can't honestly stand behind, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. If Polycast isn't working for you, talk to us; that's usually a faster path than this paragraph.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll change the date at the top, and we'll flag anything significant.
